"At Sydhavnsgade 7, the building twists itself free and transforms into cake. The former concrete walls, where harbour workers once took their hungry breaks, have now become a rebellious mass of marzipan and icing sugar that refuses to comply. Wild sugar lumps explode through the facade as a blossoming resistance against moderation and productivity."
