Search for Carrot ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence, 2006, is a PAL DVD video with a duration of 22 minutes, created in collaboration with Anders Bojen. In the work, a series of news broadcasts are presented by a talking carrot. The broadcasts cover subjects including singing carrots, earthquakes, the colonization of outer space, and a theory of everything. The video combines humor, science fiction, and speculative narratives in a single continuous run through unusual and imaginative topics. The work was exhibited at Museet for Samtidskunst in Roskilde, Denmark, from 13 January to 19 March 2006.
